Bereiding



Bereidingswijze:


Verwarm je oven voor op 220 graden. Snipper een uitje en snijd het teentje knoflook fijn. Giet een scheutje olie in een (wok)pan en bak het uitje met de knoflook aan. Voeg na circa 2 minuten de tomatenfrito, de tomatenblokjes, oregano, paprikapoeder, basilicum en suiker. Laat dit nu circa 10-15 minuten pruttelen en breng de saus eventueel verder op smaak met een snufje peper.

Maak ondertussen het “bechamel” sausje. Hiervoor meng de ricotta met de melk en een snufje peper.

Als de tomatensaus klaar is, kun je de lasagne gaan maken. Eerst een laagje lasagnebladen, dan een laagje tomatensaus, lasagnebladen, tomatensaus. Ga zo door totdat de ingredienten op zijn. Als laatste het laagje met “bechamel”saus.

Strooi hier nog wat geraspte kaas overheen en je lasagne kan voor circa 25-30 minuten de oven in.
