Bereiding



Bereidingswijze:

Begin het met maken van de gehaktballetjes. Hiervoor meng je alle ingrediënten door elkaar. Als je gehakt vervolgens nog iets te “nat” is, voeg je nog wat extra paneermeel toe.

Vervolgens gaan we verder met de saus. Snipper het uitje en snijd het teentje knoflook fijn. Zet een pan water op voor de pasta en kook de pasta volgens de bereidingswijze.

Giet een scheutje olie in een pan en bak de gehaktballetjes gaar. Voeg vervolgens het uitje en de knoflook toe.

Als je het uitje circa 2/3 minuten hebt gebakken, voeg je de gezeefde tomaten en de kruiden toe.

Laat de saus nu ongeveer 10 minuten pruttelen. Serveer de tomatensaus met de spaghetti (of een andere pastasoort), rucola en eventueel nog een beetje parmezaanse kaas.
