Bereiding

- Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden (180 graden voor een hetelucht oven). Snij ongeveer 1 cm van de onderkant van de groene asperges af. Kook water in een waterkoker en vul een pan met stoommandje tot de onderkant van het mandje met water. Stoom de groene asperges in deze pan voor 3 minuten. In plaats van een stoommandje, kan ook een zeef gebruikt worden waar de asperges in kunnen liggen.
- Snij ondertussen de citroen in dunne plakjes. Haal de groene asperges uit het stoommandje en leg deze in een ovenschaal. Leg ernaast de verse zalm. Verspreid de plakjes citroen over de schaal, des te meer plakjes des te frisser het wordt. Hak de peterselie fijn en strooi dit over de producten. Besprenkel de olijfolie over de zalm, groene asperges en citroen en zet de ovenschaal voor 20-25 minuten in de oven. 
​- Kook de verse tagliatelle volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Doe dit vlak voordat de ovenschaal met zalm uit de oven komt. Serveer de zalm en groene asperges op een bedje van tagliatelle.
- Voeg naar behoefte zout en peper toe.
