Bereiding

Kook de macaroni volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Snij ondertussen de prei in halve ringen en was deze. Maak de paprika schoon en snij in blokjes. Snij de salami in blokjes. Maak de uien schoon en snij in kleine blokjes. Bak de ui en salami in de olijfolie zachtjes, voeg de prei en paprika toe en bak even kort mee. Giet de pasta af en schep samen met de tapenade door het vlees-groenten mengsel. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Strooi de geraspte Parrano over de macaroni.

Tips:
Lekker met afbakbrood en een frisse salade met tomaat, komkommer en balsamico dressing. Eventueel kun je er ook nog geraspte kaas bij doen.
