Bereiding

Laat de zalm en spinazie ontdooien. Snij de zalm in blokken. Maak de uien en champignons schoon en snij de uien in blokjes en de champignons doormidden. Bak de uien zacht in de olijfolie, voeg de champignons na 2 minuten toe en bak even mee. Voeg de zalm, spinazie en room toe. Verwarm tot de zalm bijna gaar is, breng op smaak met zout en peper. Kook de pasta volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Serveer de spinazie met zalm op de pasta.

Tips:
Lekker met een salade. Ook lekker met geraspte kaas.
